Rainbow Vegetables And Ground Beef - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    3-1/2 oz. (100 g.) fresh soy beans or peas
    1 oz (30 g.) corn
    1 oz. ( 30 g.) carrots (cubed)

  • (2)
    1 T. green onion (minced)
    ginger root (minced)
    1/4 lb. (120 g.) ground beef

  • (3)
    1 T. sweet bean paste
    2 t. spicy bean paste
    1/2 t. cooking wine
    1 T. water

  • (4) 2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil (1) in water until done.

  2. Heat (4). Stir fry (2) until fragrant. Add ground beef and stir fry until color changes.

  3. Add (1) and stir fry until fragrant. Add (3) and stir until well mixed. Serve and Enjoy!
