1-1/2 T. oyster sauce
2 t. soy sauce
1 t. cooking wine
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. sesame oil
1-1/2 t. cornstarch
5 T. water

1 lb. (400 g.) lettuce
(3)
1 t. garlic (minced)
(4)
2 T. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cut
lettuce into large slices.
Heat 2 T vegetable oil. Stir-fry minced garlic until
fragrant. Add lettuce and then stir-fry over high
heat for a short time until done. Remove and place
on a plate.
Cook ingredients (1) until boiling. Pour over the
lettuce and now it is ready to eat!
