Garlic-flavored Pork - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    1 T. soy sauce
    1/2 t. cooking wine
    1/2 t. sugar
    1/2 t. sesame oil
    2 t. cornstarch
    2 t. garlic (minced)

  • (2) 1/2 lb. (225 g.) pork loin

  • (3) 1 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut pork into 1/4" thick slices. Marinate pork into ingredient (1) for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 T. vegetable oil. Fry pork slices until both sides turn into golden.
