Chicken
in Soy Sauce -

Ingredients:

t. cooking wine
1
t. sugar
2
T. soy sauce

1/2 lb. ( 250 g.) chicken legs

(3)
6 sections of green onions( 1-1/4")

(4)
1 T. shredded ginger root

(5)
2 T. water
-
(6)
2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
-
Mix
the green onions and ginger root well in ingredient
(1). Then spread on dry chicken legs and set aside.

Heat 2 T. oil. Fry chicken legs in medium heat,
10 seconds on each side, until both sides are
golden.

Put
the remaining marinade and water into wok. Heat
until boiling. Reduce heat and cook for about
20 minutes (turn chicken legs from time to time
so that they don't get burnt).

Remove and chop chicken into pieces. Sprinkle
the remaining juice over chicken pieces and serve!
