Gold and Silver Sprouts - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    6 sections green onion (nearly 3cm for each)

    20g Chinese Chives (about 3cm for each section)

  • (2)
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. sugar
    1 t. vinegar

  • (3) 1/3oz. (10 g) fried gluten balls

  • (4) 1 lb. (400 g.) mung bean sprouts

  • (5) 2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Flatten the fried gluten balls and cut them into 3 sections. Be careful of your fingers!
  2. Heat 2T. vegetable oil and stir-fry the gluten balls until they are crispy, then move them out of the pan.
  3. Put ingredient (1) into the oil and stir-fry until it's fragrant, and add mung bean sprouts and stir-fry with high heat for a few seconds, then add ingredient (2).
  4. Stir-fry and mix well. Then move to a plate and serve.
