Stir-fried
Cabbage Sprouts -

Ingredients:
1b. (400g) cabbage sprouts
1/3 t. salt
2 t. minced garlic
3 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut each cabbage sprouts into
two pieces.
- Heat oil, add garlic and cook
until fragrant, and then add cabbage sprouts and
salt. Stir-fry on high-heat for 1 -2 minutes.
- Serve. DELICIOUS and healthy too!
