Fish With Cucumber Slices - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    2 t. cook wine
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. sesame oil
    1 T. cornstarch

    1/2 lb. (200g) fish meat
    1-3/4 oz. (50g) cucumber (sliced)
    2 T. green onion (minced)
    3 T. ginger roots (chopped)
    5 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut fish meat into strips, soak with (1), slice cucumber, set aside.
  2. Heat oil, stir-fry fish meat, take out when color changes.
  3. Use the remained oil to stir-fry green onion and ginger roots. When fragrant, add cucumber slices and fish meat, mix, serve.
