Stuffed
Mushrooms with Meat

Ingredients:

1 t. wine
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. black pepper
1/2 t. sesame oil
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. water
(2)
1 c. broth
1/3 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
1/2 t. sesame oil
1-1/2 cornstarch
1/2 lb. (200g) mushrooms
2-1/4. (60g) ground park
1/2 oz. (15g) ham (minced)
2 T. cornstarch

DIRECTIONS:
- Remove stems from mushrooms and
drop into boiling water and boil for 30 seconds.
- Mix ground pork and minced ham
with (1), set aside.
- Dip inner side of each mushroom
(the side that the stem is taken from) with cornstarch,
fill them with ground meat, arrange on the plate.
- Steam the plate and its contents
for 5 minutes, then remove the plate.
- Boil (2), pour it over the mushrooms,
serve.
