Bean
Sprouts with Beef Strips - serves 4 |

Ingredients:

1 t. soy sauce
1 t. ginger wine
1 t. cornstarch
1 t. water

6 sections green onion (3cm)
1 T. ginger roots (minced)

1/3 t. salt
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. vinegar
2-2/3 oz. (75g) beef strips
1-3/4 oz. (50g) green pepper (strips)
1/3 lb. (150g) bean sprouts
2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Soak beef strips into (1) for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil and stir-fry beef until color changes,
then take out.
- Stir-fry (2) with the remaining oil, add bean
sprouts and green pepper when fragrant.
- Add (3) and beef, mix well, and serve.
