Bean Curd Balls - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. sugar
    1/2 egg white
    1 t. ginger root (minced)
    1 t. green onion (minced)
    1 T. cornstarch
    1/2 T. sesame oil

    1/3 lb. (150g) bean curd
    1/4 lb. (100g) ground park
    1/2 c. bread crumb
    3 c. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dehydrate bean curd and mash it into small bits. Add (1) and ground meat and roll it into balls. Then lightly roll the bean curd over the bread crumbs.
  2. Heat oil and fry the balls for about 3 minutes. When color changes, take out. Serve immediately.
