Meat Slices with Mushrooms - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • 1)
    1/2 t. cook wine
    1/2 t. soy sauce
    1/2 t. cornstarch

  • 2)
    1-3/4 oz (50g) bamboo shoots
    1-3/4 oz (50g) button mushroom
    2-2/3 oz (75g) straw mushrooms
    1 oz. (30g) carrots (sliced)

  • 3)
    1/4 t. salt
    1/2 t. sugar
    1/2 t. sesame oil
    2/3 t. cornstarch
    3 T. water

    2-2/3 oz (75g) pork loin
    3 sections green onion
    2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Slice the pork and soak in (1).
  2. Boil (2) and cut into pieces.
  3. Heat oil and put pork slices in to stir-fry. Add green onion when color changes.
  4. Put (2) and stir-fry while mixing and then add (3).
  5. Serve and enjoy.
