Fish Meat and Pineapple - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • 1)
    1/2 t. soy sauce
    1 t. ginger wine
    1/2 egg yolk

  • 2)
    1 T. sugar
    1 t. garlic (minced)
    1 T. vinegar
    2 T. ketchup
    3 T. water
    1/2 t. cornstarch

    2-3/4 oz.(80g) fish meat
    2 t. cornstarch
    1/3 lb. (150g) pineapple
    1-3/4 oz (50g) green pepper
    3 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut fish meat into small pieces and marinate in (1) for 10 minutes, then take out and mix with cornstarch.
  2. Slice pineapple and green pepper, set aside.
  3. Heat oil, fry the fish pieces until they are golden (about 2 minutes), then take out.
  4. Put minced garlic into the remained oil, stir-fry the pineapple and pepper, add (2) and later the fish. Well-mix, serve.
