Barbecued Meat with Lettuce Salad - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • 1)
    1-3/4 oz. (50g) carrots
    1/4 lb. (100g) lettce
    3/4 oz. (20g) onions
    1 oz. (30g) green pepper

  • 2)
    1 t. soy sauce
    1 t. sugar
    1 t. vinegar
    1 T. sesame paste
    1 T. sesame
    1 T. water

    2-2/3 oz. (50g) barbecued meat

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop (1) and slice barbecued meat into small strips.
  2. Mix (2) well.
  3. Mix (1) and the barbecued meat together, pour (2) over and serve.
    NOTE: Baked chicken, baked duck, or boiled pork can be used as substitution for barbecued meat. Enjoy your health!
